feat(env): 更新环境变量配置并优化相关功能

- 修改 .env.development 和 .env.production 文件中的 VITE_PROXY 和 VITE_GLOB_DOMAIN_URL 配置
- 更新后端接口 URL 为 https 方式
- 修复部分 API 路径缺失斜线的问题
- 优化反馈表单，移除不必要的必填字段
- 更新赛事二维码生成逻辑
